Yusuf Tazim da Istanbul

This is my FIRST serious and finished work, pictured Yusuf Tazim from Assassin's Creed Revelations. He is the most incredible character in the game, and I already drew him two times, but those were really simple.
So, please tell me what you think about it, because I'd like to learn to draw, but try not to judge very hard, I'm just a greenhorn beginner.
